How do I log in to my account?
To login to your account, click on "Login to Your Account" located at the top right corner of the screen. You will be asked for your email address and password and click "Log In". You will then be logged into your account.
How do create a new account?
To create a new account, click on "Create an Account" located at the top right corner of the screen. Please fill out the form with all the required fields filled in. Click "Next Step". On the next screen, you will be asked to Verify the Information. If everything is correct, click "Register". You will then be logged into your account.
How do I see pricing on your website?
Wipeco, Inc. likes to attach a Sales Rep to each account allowing you a direct contact to assist with any questions or concerns. If you are interested in additional pricing, simply request a quote and your Sales Rep will reach out to you and update those items on the website.
How do create a quote?
It’s very easy to create a quote, if you are logged in or not. Scroll through our online catalog, choose the item you wish to add, put the quantity in the box and click "Add to Quote". The items will now be in your Quote List. To view your Quote List, either click on "View Quote List" after adding an item to a quote or click on "View My Quote List" located at the top right corner of the screen. After putting all the items you wish to have quoted in your list, go to the Quote List and fill out the form to request the quote. If you are logged in to your account, your account information will populate for you. Then just click "Request a Quote". The quote will be sent to your Sales Rep. You should receive a quote back shortly with the pricing.
How can I see a past quote?
You can view your entire quote history from the "Account Details" page, and the "My Quote History" section. Here you will see a list of all quote requests you have placed online. (You will need to first log-in to your account to view these sections).
How do I place an order?
Easiest and fastest way to place an order is to login to your account and click on the "Special Pricing" section on the "Account Details" page. This section will have all the items you have been quoted with a spot to put the quantity you want and then simply click "Add to Cart". This will add all the items to your cart. Once you have your cart open, confirm those are all the items you wish to purchase and click "Proceed to Checkout". The next screen is to confirm Shipping and Billing Information, Shipping Method, Payment Method and to review the order one more time. If its all correct, click "Place Your Order". You will directed to a confirmation page and you will also be emailed an Order Confirmation.
My address is wrong on my account, how do I change that?
You can make changes to your addresses by going to the "Account Details" page and then "Manage Stored Addresses".
I would like to change my email or password, how do I do that?
You can make changes to your email or password by going to the "Account Details" page and then "Change your email or password".
How can I see a past order?
You can view your entire order history from the "Account Details" page, and the "Order History" section. However, this only shows orders placed online and will not show orders placed over the phone or through email.
